Sustainable Living Fair to Showcase New Trends

The latest trends and movements in living a clean, green life will be showcased at the Sustainable Living Fair in Wodonga this Saturday.

As part of the Sustainable Living Festival, the fair will show community members the benefits of a tiny house and electric cars as well as a series of talks and workshops, children’s activities, music and food.

The Original MasterChef Julie Goodwin will deliver a cooking demonstration.

There will be a range of activities for community members to improve their sustainable practices to make a real difference in the community.

“More and more Border residents are realising that it’s not harder to be greener and live more sustainably,” Wodonga Mayor Cr Anna Speedie said.

“We hope residents will become empowered to make some small changes to their energy use or other sustainable activity and can take home ideas to make it happen.”

The Sustainable Living Fair is on Saturday, November 18 at Junction Square from 9am to 1pm.
