What do a bunch of middle-aged men, a football team and mental health have in common? They’ve combined for a fundraising calendar!

The Murray Crays is an Aussie Rules Football team for over 35’s that play in the Victorian Country League.

The idea of players dropping their kit as models for a calendar came from long time member Danny Steel. Committee member Kim Allan also jumped on board to bring the brash idea to fruition.

“Who wouldn’t want to look at half naked men whilst checking your appointments on a calendar?” said Kim.

The calendar has two aims, to raise funds for the club, and awareness for the Black Dog Institute. Photos were taken by Greybox Images which donated their time.

The calendars are now available from the Wodonga Golf Club Clubhouse, Hair Symmetrics Wodonga, 1494 2AY , Xclusive Hair and Beauty Wodonga or by contacting the Murrays Crays on Facebook.
