Enjoy some family fun this Father’s Day at Cofield Wines.
Treat your dad to the region’s best wine selection, including a variety of local and imported beers, while relaxing on the lawns listening to live music by Toucan Rock.
There will be plenty of food to purchase from Phat Wood fired Pizzas and Food HQ.
The day will feature live music 12:00 till 4:00pm, wine cocktail bar, fast foods available, cellar door tastings and sales, jumping castle, face painting, giant outdoor games and more.
Movies – Border Mail International Film Festival – Regent Cinemas
There have been more than 60 sessions across ten days, bringing 38 films from across the globe at Regent Cinemas Albury. Although the Festival is in its final days, there remains a total of twenty films to choose from Friday to Sunday.
Regent Cinemas will also screen the classic movie Top Gun on father’s day.
Live Music – Lisa Mitchell at Feathertop Winery, Porepunkah
Feathertop is excited to bring Albury local Lisa Mitchell to perform live in a special evening performance at Feathertop Winery on Friday 30 August.
Lisa rose to fame as a 16-year-old on Australian Idol, and is renowned for her beguiling melodies and hushed tones. Lisa released her debut EP when she was just 17, and her second at 18, both accomplished folk pieces harbouring pop ambitions. A recipient of many ARIA nominations and winner of the Australian Music Prize, don’t miss the chance to see Lisa perform in their winery Barrel Room.
Nightlife – Stand & Deliver, Albury
If you’re a fan of 80’s music, check-out one of Australia’s most loved 80’s cover band, Stand and Deliver in The Studio at the SS&A on Saturday night.
Often described as a Las Vegas style 80’s Show, Stand & Deliver features stunning costumes, incredible singers and a brilliant band with energy to match their talent.
Their performances are designed to bring the 80’s to life in a fun, fresh and colourful way with big costumes, even bigger songs, and copious amounts of glitter.
